Your consultation can take place anywhere that is convenient for you, and will last half an hour. It will give us a chance to meet and discuss your goals, complete your paperwork, and make a plan for your training.

Whether you want to increase general fitness, tone and shape up or lose weight, I can help. I offer personal training at the gym where I work, at your home, your workplace, or in the park.

You can choose to pay as you go, or block book for a reduced session cost. Block booked sessions will include training programmes to take away with you, along with regular assessments and check ups based on your starting goals.

Group training

If you need the extra motivation and competition of a group setting, you might want to train with family, friends or your partner. I offer group sizes of 2, 3 and 4, and larger groups will be considered – the bigger the group the smaller the cost.

Events and sports specific training

If you are working towards a specific sporting event such as a marathon or Tough Mudder, I can help with targeted training. No matter what stage of training you are at, let me drive you over the line so that you can perform to the best of your ability.

Athletic coaching

I specialise in throwing events, but can offer coaching for other events also. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
