My name is Allandre Johnson and I am the Director of Pinpoint Fitness.
Growing up in Jamaica, my childhood was very active and outdoorsy. From an early age I loved being competitive, and being the best I could at every activity I took part in. I wanted to become a personal trainer in order to motivate others to enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Sometimes it can be difficult to adhere to a healthy and active way of life, especially if you have a busy job or a family to look after. This is where I can help – I love helping clients transform their lives, and realise the benefits of a commitment to exercise.
I train both regular clients and athletes, men and women, fitness buffs and those who are new to exercise and nervous. Whoever I am training I ensure that my clients leave their session feeling that they received a thoughtful and personalised service, which they can build on themselves. I take into account different fitness levels and skill sets, and tailor my sessions to fit client goals and aspirations. Most importantly, sessions are always challenging, but fun and never monotonous.
I have over 15 years experience in athletics, representing England in Javelin as a junior, and still competing at a national level. As well as specialist training techniques, athletics has given me an ethos of hard work and focus. I draw on this when coaching my clients, and they too can achieve their fitness goals with my help.
